Say yes to green habits in sport: Move4Nature final conference

Erasmus+ funded small collaborative partnership Move4Nature uses outdoor sports, particularly hiking, as a tool to teach youth, and adults, about the importance of the environmental protection and climate action.

Through hiking and physical activity in nature, the project also promotes healthy lifestyles, inclusion and intergenerational exchange.

Date:

26 October 2023

Time:

16:00-19:00 CET

Location:

Dvorana Kolpern

Jesenice, Slovenia

During the 18-month period, the project partners Institute Impact (Slovenia), ENGSO Youth (Europe), AJSPT Suceava (Romania) and Center Veriga (Slovenia), with a help of expert organisation Mhor Outdoor, developed an education four-part toolkit for sport clubs aiming to implement clean up actions into their outdoor activities, gathered good practices, organised local clean up hikes and Move4Nature hackathon.

The project will come to an end in November 2023 with an online seminar, but before that, the partners will organise the Move4Nature final conference that will take place on 26 October 2023 in Jesenice, Slovenia.

The conference is open to the public, and you are more than welcome to join us in Slovenia.
